A NOTE ABOUT THE OWNER

Colleen has collected Breyer Horses since 1978 and can remember going to Sears Surplus store with her Mom & Dad to buy Breyers for $7.00 each (can you believe it?)!  She still has her favorite model from when she was a kid…some 30+ years ago!  She has shown her models in model horse shows, has hosted the Christmas Extravaganza Live model horse show in Rickreall, Oregon for several years and has even won a REAL horse in an essay contest hosted by the Puyallup Breyer Roundup model horse show in Puyallup, Washington.  She was featured with her new horse, April in Just About Horses magazine in 1997 along with her entire 4-H group, the Breyer Bandits, which was a horseless 4-H club that used Breyers rather than real horses.   She still has April click here for full story & winning essay) and now lives in Grand Ronde, Oregon with her husband, her kitties and 3 other horses, Libby, Booger & Honey.
